What materials are your garments made from?
Every Viridara garment is created using carefully selected natural and responsibly sourced materials. Depending on the collection, these may include Kala cotton, banana fibre, plant-based cupro (Bemberg), linen and other natural textiles chosen for their comfort, longevity and lower environmental impact.

Where are your garments made?
Viridara garments are designed in Romania and produced in partnership with carefully selected artisans and manufacturers who share our commitment to craftsmanship, ethical production and thoughtful design.
Every piece is created in small quantities, allowing us to prioritise quality over volume.
Why don't two Viridara garments look exactly the same?
Our botanical eco-printing process uses real plants, natural dyes and handcrafted techniques to create each garment. Because nature never repeats itself exactly, no two pieces are identical.
Slight variations in colour, print placement and botanical markings are part of the character of every Viridara garment—a reflection of the natural process that created it.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed measurements and fit information to help you choose the most suitable size.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Romania, the European Union and selected international destinations.
If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Romania: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and with all original tags attached.

Can I exchange an item?
Because Viridara garments are produced in limited capsules, exchanges depend on availability.
If you would like a different size, colour or style, please contact us and we'll be happy to let you know whether the requested item is still available.
How should I care for my Viridara garment?
Each garment includes individual care instructions on its label.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel it.
Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
