You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is complete, accurate and up to date.
Viridara reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
4. Website Content & Accuracy
We take great care in presenting our collections as accurately as possible.
Product descriptions, imagery, measurements and pricing are reviewed regularly, however occasional inaccuracies or typographical errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without prior notice. Such corrections will never affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Colours may appear differently depending on individual screen settings and devices.
5. Products
Viridara garments are created using carefully selected natural and responsibly sourced materials.
Many of our collections are produced using botanical eco-printing and natural dyeing techniques. Because these processes rely on natural fibres, pigments and handcrafted methods, subtle variations are an inherent part of every garment.
No two pieces are exactly alike.
Variations in botanical print placement, colour intensity or textile texture are expected characteristics of artisanal production and should not be considered defects.
Measurements published on the Website are approximate and may vary slightly between individual pieces.
6. Product Availability
Our collections are produced in limited quantities.
Adding a product to your shopping bag does not reserve it, and availability cannot be guaranteed until your order has been accepted.
Should an item become unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative solution where appropriate.
Viridara reserves the right to discontinue products or collections without prior notice.
7. Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the selected currency.
Where applicable, prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or local import charges are calculated separately where possible and displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
8. Placing an Order
Once you have completed checkout, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Before submitting your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review your order details, delivery information and payment method.
Products placed in your shopping bag remain available to other customers until checkout has been successfully completed.

Your order is accepted once it has been prepared for dispatch and you have received a shipping confirmation email.
In exceptional circumstances, we may be unable to accept an order. This may occur, for example, if:

If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.

Viridara does not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.
